New Phone

I'm due for a new phone. Which is good since mine is broken. I will admit I like having a broken phone, but sometimes I actually do need one. Now every time I am due for a new phone I try to buy a phone that will last for two years and not break. Has it happened? No. They always break. So this time I'm willing to may a little more for a good phone thanks to my tax refund. Paige and Hanna told me the best phone to get right now is the Voyager. I go to look at new phones on Verizon, and it says I have to change the plan for that phone. Screw you Verizon. Just for that phone? Not worth it since we are on a good plan already.

So my whole point for this post is... Any recommendations for a new phone? I refuse to buy Motorola because those are the phones that have given me the most headaches in the past. They have the new version of the Chocolate, but I heard from everybody that the first version sucked but nobody knows yet if the second one sucks. Oh the confusion! Remember when there was only that one nokia phone that everybody had? Yeah it sucked but at least I didn't sit around with a broken phone for weeks trying to figure out what phone to get.

If you have any suggestions... let me know. ASAP. Haha.

Ok.... went through a similar experience in the last few days. Our batteries wouldn't hold a charge anymore and we just got new batteries in Dec. So, after a little research, Colin got the verizon phone that is ruggadized (shock, water and dust resisitant).... I think it will be perfect for him. But, I didn't want to spend much on my phone. After going through the research on the lg chocolate and seeing they are free if you order them online by tomorrow night at midnight...... I got one. The battery life on those is rocking and it survived my cousin so, I think it will be a good buy.... Good luck with the phone search. Can't wait to hear from you on a new phone that works. Cheers to working phones!!!!

When Jenny and I were due for new phones last fall, my KRZR was free, but that's a Motorola so that's beside the point. Jenny ended up getting the first version of the Chocolate and she loves it. I have to say that I don't like it. The touch screen is very touchy(no pun intended) and it's buttons are very tough for my fat sausage fingers to deal with.
